Other Realms Grand Tournament - The Battle for Brew-Megeddon

2000 POINT TOURNAMENT

• ALL GW Rulebook FAQs and Faction FAQs will be used, Matched play rules will be used
• All models must be painted to a "Battle Ready" standard for prize support. The 2000 pt list as shown on your roster must be painted. 
• Per the matched play rules, armies must meet the minimum and maximum requirements when forming your list
• All current Games Workshop & Forgeworld 11th edition Warhammer 40,000 source material may be used to build your army list. All participants are expected to have their list posted on the BestCoastPairings app.
• Lists may be submitted for early review – final tally of points and list restrictions are the responsibility of the participant. Illegal lists may be subject to disqualification after review.

SCHEDULE (subject to change) 2.75 hour rounds 

DAY 1 - Saturday, August 1

• 8:30am - Registration
• 9:00am – 12:00pm – Game 1
• 12:30pm – 3:30pm - Game 2

DAY 2 - Sunday, August 2

• 8:30am - Arrival
• 9:00am - 12:00pm - Game 3
• 12:30pm - 3:30pm - Game 4
• 4:00pm - 7:00pm - Game 5
• 7:30pm Results 

TOURNAMENT RULES

• Game turn 1 and 3 will start promptly at the listed start time. 
• Players may set up and deploy their units for games before the listed start time. 
• WATCH THE TIME - at 20 minutes remaining warning will be given to plan for the final game turn, the player going second should be given the final game turn. 
• At 10 minutes remaining if the second player is not currently taking their final turn they will be allowed to start their turn (warning will be given at 15 min remaining)  

DETERMINE MISSION 

Each player finds their opponent’s Force Disposition symbol on their Force Disposition card. The Primary Mission that is listed below that symbol is that player’s Primary Mission, which describes how to score VP. 

DETERMINE A LAYOUT 

Each combination of Primary Missions has three recommended layouts, labelled A, B and C. The players randomly determine which of these layouts to use.
